CSW is one of the most complete Mixed Martial Arts programs that combines elements of Thai Boxing, Savate, Boxing, Clinching, Grappling, Greco Roman Wrestling, Shooto and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. CSW is used by renowned fighters such as Ken Shamrock, Josh Barnett, Sean Sherk and Brock Lesnar.

Total Martial Arts classes are taught by Antony Child, the only certified coach in CSW level 2 in Wiltshire. Chief instructor- Sifu Antony Child is a 5th degree blackbelt. He started boxing at the age of 5 and continued until the age of 13. During this period Mr Child competed in 32 boxing matches. In 1972 , Mr Child switched his focus to Martial Arts. He studied from ages 13 to 18, often training 6 days a week , over 12 hours per week of Elephant Style Kung-Fu. He became one of the youngest ever to be awarded 1st degree black belt in weapons and forms. Mr Child eventually achieved his 5th degree black belt in 1999.
