This is one of Total Martial Arts rising stars. Well rounded in CSW  methods as well as Jun Fan Gung Fu and Muay Thai kickboxing.

Nicholas started very strong by closing the distant and clinching up his opponent. Using very good Thai knees Nicholas gained good control, he then went for a guillotine choke submission,then gained a good take down hold.His opponent did well to stop an arm bar attack and struggled to put Nicholas in his guard.Nicholas then went for an arm bar submission.This was countered with both fighters standing up.
A savage knee sent his opponent back to the floor.The referee then checked the fighter was OK before restarting the fight. Standing up Nicholas’ opponent threw some illegal head shots and was warned as this was not full MMA rules.

Nicholas was then taken down but reversed the take down quickly .Near the end of round one Nicholas was getting punched to the face ,this he protested about.

Round 2 Nicholas took down his opponent and went for a classic arm bar, his opponent went to counter this by turning onto his belly.Nicholas went belly down and finished off a excellent win, very well done.

This video was shot at the world famous Danny Inosanto Martial Arts academy.Eric starts off from a standing position.50/50 .Eric then shows various ways to take control of his partners side and back while standing.Eric also demonstrates the low groin catch to back or lift teq.this is then done in a free style sparring way to develop the students techniques.Eric then demonstrates the take down to in his partners  closed  guard position..Eric then shows how to prevent his partner taking the arm bar from the closed guard position.

Eric starts off in the head and shoulders position.Eric then demos some nice arm bar submissions from head and shoulders position.Eric then shows you common bottom counters and how to avoid them while finishing off his arm bar from top position.This is one of Total Martial Arts  basic MMA  arm bar submissions ,,

This video clip shows Eric demonstrating  the finer points of arm bar finishes ,grips and leg positions.Eric then explains the 3 basic grip positions. The 3 grips are well worth learning.1 is the chain grip.2 grip is called the Indian grip.3 grip is called the bow tie,a CSW basic .Eric then shows how to break the bottom opponents grip,this allows him to complete his arm bars.

This is another great arm bar video.Eric starts  off from the closed guard position, very common when you’re fighting from your back after being taken down to the floor. The next version of this submission is very good .A lot of students go for the arm bar and get countered by the opponent on top stacking you.This is their way of countering your arm bar attack.Eric then shows you how to reverse their attack by showing you how to apply another first class arm bar submission.The submission is known as the razor lock,then Eric applies the hammer lock move.Eric then finishes off the arm bar from the top position.This is a class move. The last arm bar on this clip is a basic Total Martial Arts 6 count ..

Another first class video from Eric showing some BJJ style guard arm bar submissions. The next arm bar, Total Martial Arts MMA students use a lot,this arm bar is from the back position and works very nicely when drilled.Eric then shows a very nice cross face to arm bar from the turtle style position or also known as the knees .
